About Us:
Hunt Digital Media is a dynamic performance marketing agency. We work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including automobile and finance. We are seeking a motivated content writing intern to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop step-by-step user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation for the SaaS platform
2. Organize content into categories such as Getting Started, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Call Center Operations, Billing & Subscription, Troubleshooting, Advanced Features, and Best Practices
3. Work closely with the product team to ensure up-to-date documentation aligned with new feature releases
4. Write SEO-optimized blogs, whitepapers, and industry-related articles about lead management, sales automation, and call center operations
5. Create landing page content, case studies, and email campaigns to engage potential customers
6. Develop ad copy and social media content to enhance brand awareness
7. Create scripts for explainer videos, tutorials, and onboarding walkthroughs
8. Assist in writing voice-over scripts for training modules and marketing videos
9. Work with developers to create clear and structured API documentation for integrations
10. Develop easy-to-follow technical guides for third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads)
11. Draft help articles and chatbot responses for common customer queries
12. Create email templates for onboarding, troubleshooting, and customer engagement
