Join our dynamic team at Hunt Digital Media as a Telecaller! Are you fluent in Hindi and English? Are you passionate about digital media and looking for a real-world experience? Then this opportunity is perfect for you!

NOTE: This is 3 hour Part time job and we have three slots
10am-1pm
1pm-4pm
4pm-7pm

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Need to login daily in Hunt Digital Media CRM as per your login credentials. Your attendance and work activity is closely getting monitored in the system
  • Check for the product assigned to you. Understand the script before calling
  • Click on Start Calling to start dialling to users. These are users who have enquired on Facebook ads and wanted to learn about the product
  • Follow scripts tailored for each product you are assigned to.
  • Validate the identity and other details mentioned in the script of the person you are speaking to during the call.
  • Collect and confirm customer details such as city, pincode, age, and income range.
  • Assess customer interest in life insurance plans and other products.
  • Update lead status based on the outcome of the call
  • If Answered to one of the following: "Follow-up," "Interested," "Not Interested," "Not Eligible by Age," or "Not Eligible by Income."
  • If not answered to one of the following: "Not answered", "Busy", "Switched Off" etc
  • Need to ensure maximum number of dials are achieved on a daily basis and talk to customers politely
  • Apply for leave from the system only
  • Apply for shift movement if needed from the system only
  • If any issue from the CRM. Please raise the ticket in the CRM.

Skill Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer/mobile proficiency and ability to navigate CRM panels
  • Quick learner with the ability to memorize and adapt scripts
  • Previous experience in customer service or lead generation is a plus.
